Although it might not seem like a big deal on a meal-to-meal basis, the amount of body fat that you store has a direct correlation to what you are eating every day. I started thinking a few months ago about eating more fruits and vegetables, and believe it or not, it really helped me to streamline my cooking at home. I started simplifying my routine, eating a little healthier, and focusing on helping other people to do the same, and it made my entire life better.
